“And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.”
Man was given a job the moment he stepped into Eden. God wanted man to work. Work should not be seen as a "struggle", but as a "fulfillment".
A man who has nothing to do will do nothing but die. And, the death will come quick. God gave man his ambition. God's goals are what creates "happiness". When man's ambition works against God's will for our lives, THAT is when "struggle" in our lives creates discomfort and chaos.
Do we work to serve God? Or, do we work to serve ourselves? THAT is the question you should ask each and every day before you go to work.
